THE PEGGY NOTEBAERT NATURE MUSEUM WEDDING OF KEARA AND ANTHONY
This is my first Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum wedding. I never had the opportunity to work at the Nature Museum until I met Keara and Anthony. They love Lincoln Park as much as I do and, as Keara says, “it’s like being out of Chicago but you are in Chicago. Together we took off to take a memorable set of pictures while chasing the setting light of the sun as we slowly walk our way back to the venue in time for the cocktail hour. The ceremony took place at the very central Holy Name and we drove to Olive Park for the first set of pictures. My guest second shooter was Joseph Kang, who provided the getting ready pictures of Anthony and other pictures in this blog.
The ceremony was held at Holy Name.

What I love about Lincoln Park is the myriad of locations to choose from. On our way back to the Nature Museum we stop just for a few minutes at the lovely Caldwell Lily Pool.
This was a memorable wedding, full of laughter and plenty of time to capture all the most meaningful moments and the beautiful light of a late summer day. I love working at Lincoln Park and if you like this collection don’t forget to get in touch with me. If you are curious to see more of my work in the area follow this link.
Finally, a solid lineup of vendors made the wedding successful. They are, in no particular order:
Catering. Blue Plate.
Live band. Shout Out.
Flowers. Flowers for dreams.
Venue. Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.
Coordinator. Nanette with Events by Nanette.
